Kerry and Vicky are sisters with a wealth of childcare and management experience, having worked passionately in the early years sector since 1999. With strong family values at the heart of everything they do, their driving ambition has always been simple: to give every child the same quality of love, stability, and care they would want for their own families.
Together, Kerry and Vicky also own and manage Fairytales Nursery in Great Barr, Early Steps Childcare in Gornal Wood, Tipton Toddlers in Tipton, as well as running Green Bee Recruitment – a specialist agency that ensures all three nurseries are supported by the very best fully DBS-cleared, qualified childcare practitioners.
Meadow Barn is their most exciting chapter yet. From the moment they discovered the Bradshaws Farm site, they knew it was something truly special – a place where children could genuinely connect with the natural world around them, and where families would feel proud to belong.
